The visit of Kazakhstan Prime-Minister Serik Akhmetov to Poland scheduled for the middle of May was postponed, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the official representative of Kazakhstan President’s Central Communication Service Altay Abibullayev. “The official visit of Kazakhstan Prime-Minister Serik Akhmetov to Poland was indeed on the agenda but was postponed on a mutual consent of the parties and with due consideration of the Prime-Minister’s tight schedule,” Abibullayev said at the briefing. He stressed that there is a high level of trust between Kazakhstan and Poland, as well as an active cooperation in economy, politics, industrial-innovative development. “Poland is one of the important partners of Kazakhstan in the European Union. There is a high level of trade and economic cooperation between our countries, especially cooperation between the parliaments of the two countries.
