Tengrinews.kz - Kazakh students won the Grand Prix in Moscow, according to the press service of the T. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts.
At the International Student Film Festival of the CIS countries, "Voskhozhdenie," held in Moscow, students from the T. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts won the festival’s top awards.

The "Voskhozhdenie" festival is noted as a key event for young filmmakers from CIS countries. This year, 12 film schools from 8 countries participated in the competition program.

Students from the Kazakh National Academy of Arts presented two films, both of which received high awards. The Grand Prix was awarded to the film Lonely Souls, directed by student T. Turapbekuly. The award for "Best Screenplay" went to the film Luk, directed by I. Bakhtygulov.
