Actors Jon Hamm, of "Mad Men" fame, and Jennifer Westfeldt, have ended their relationship after 18 years, People magazine reported Tuesday, AFP reports.
"With great sadness, we have decided to separate after 18 years of love and shared history," they told People in a joint statement.
"We will continue to be supportive of each other in every way possible moving forward."
Hamm, 44, recently went through rehab for alcohol abuse, and praised his longtime partner's support of him.
Westfeldt, 45, is a screenwriter and actress.
They began dating in 1997, and starred together in "Friends with Kids" in 2011.
