Tengrinews.kz — A Kazakhstani woman was fined 10 monthly calculation indices (MCI), or 43,250 tenge in 2026, for her son’s behavior at school. The case was reviewed by the Moyinkum District Court of the Zhambyl region, citing the court’s press service.

In May 2026, a ninth-grade student at one of the district schools bullied several eighth-grade students and asked them for money. In accordance with legal requirements, a report was drawn up against the schoolboy’s mother under Part 3 of Article 127-2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, “Bullying committed by a minor.”

The teenager’s guilt was proven in court by the report, a police notification about the incident, explanations from the parties and other case materials. His mother admitted the circumstances stated in the report and promised not to allow similar behavior by her son in the future.
