Tengrinews.kz – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has extended condolences to General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee, To Lam, following the devastating impact of Typhoon Wipha.

Tengrinews.kz – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has extended condolences to General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee, To Lam, following the devastating impact of Typhoon Wipha.

In a message of sympathy, Tokayev expressed deep sorrow over the loss of life and injuries caused by the natural disaster.

"I offer my sincere condolences to you, to the families who have lost loved ones, and to the friendly people of Vietnam. I wish a swift recovery to all those affected," the Kazakh President wrote in his telegram.
