Madiyar Menilbekov and Jean Galiev will represent Kazakhstan in these nations, bringing their extensive diplomatic experience to the roles.
Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has appointed Madiyar Menilbekov as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Bahrain, in addition to his current role as Ambassador to Saudi Arabia and Kazakhstan’s Permanent Representative to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
Madiyar Menilbekov has extensive experience in diplomacy, having served in various roles including as Kazakhstan’s Ambassador to the UAE and as a senior diplomat in several international missions. He speaks Arabic and English and holds a diplomatic rank of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Envoy of Class II.

Jean Galiev has been appointed as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Congo, while also continuing his role as Kazakhstan’s Ambassador to Portugal.
Jean Galiev has a distinguished diplomatic career, having served as Ambassador to France and Monaco, as well as Permanent Representative to UNESCO. He also holds a diplomatic rank of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Envoy of Class I and is fluent in French and English.

Both diplomats bring significant expertise and long-standing experience in Kazakhstan's foreign service.
