Tengrinews.kz — President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and President of Finland Alexander Stubb visited the National Museum of Kazakhstan, where they viewed unique historical and cultural artifacts spanning from the prehistoric era to the present day, Akorda reports.

Tengrinews.kz — President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and President of Finland Alexander Stubb visited the National Museum of Kazakhstan, where they viewed unique historical and cultural artifacts spanning from the prehistoric era to the present day, Akorda reports.

During the tour, the two leaders explored exhibitions dedicated to the ancient Turkic civilization, early art and technologies of the Great Steppe, and traditional Kazakh culture. The presidents were shown several rare and valuable exhibits representing Kazakhstan’s rich heritage.

According to Akorda, the visit underscored the countries’ shared interest in preserving history and strengthening cultural cooperation.

President Alexander Stubb arrived in Kazakhstan on October 28 for his first official visit as Finland’s head of state.

The day before, Tokayev and Stubb held bilateral talks in Astana. President Tokayev emphasized that the Finnish leader’s visit marks an important and breakthrough moment in the development of Kazakh-Finnish relations, giving a new impetus to cooperation between the two nations.
