According to forecasters, unstable weather is expected across most of the country this coming weekend as an active cyclone and atmospheric fronts move through. Rainfall with thunderstorms and increased winds are anticipated, with hail possible in some areas. Heavy rains are forecast for the western, northwestern, and northern parts of the country.
Daytime temperatures in the west and northwest will drop to 18–26°C. A slight cooling is expected in the south, with temperatures ranging from 28 to 38°C, while the north will see highs of 22 to 30°C.
At the same time, hot weather will persist in the eastern, northeastern, southeastern, and central regions of Kazakhstan. Daytime highs will reach 33 to 38°C, with extreme heat up to 40°C expected in some areas.
