Galina Voskoboeva from Kazakhstan won ITF singles title in Casablanca international tennis tournament, Tengrinews.kz reports citing ITF website. In the finals Galina Voskoboeva from Kazakhstan wrestled the victory from Mervana Jugic-Salkic from Bosnia-Herzegovina in three sets: 6:7(4), 6:2 and 6:3. In the semi-final she successfully faced Anna Floris from Italy, the fifth racket of the tournament, winning 6:3, 6:0 in two sets. Kazakhstan tennis player Galina Voskoboeva gained passage into the semi-final of the Singles Womens Circuit of ITF Casablanca in Morocco by winning 6:3, 6:2 over Alexandra Cadantu from Romania in the quarter-final. In the second round Voskoboeva won 7:5, 6:4 over French Kristina Mladenovic. Galina Voskoboeva, 26, turned pro in 2002. During her career, she has won three ITF singles titles: in Mont-de-Marsan in 2003, and Cuneo in 2006 and Casablanca in 2011. She also won a doubles title in Malaysian Open in Kuala Lumpur with Dinara Safina in 2011. In 2008, she changed her nationality from Russian to Kazakhstani. The ITF Women's Circuit incorporates both lower and mid-level tournaments, with prize funds ranging from USD 10,000 to USD 100,000. Virtually every ATP and WTA player started by playing on the ITF circuits. The $25,000 ITF Women’s Circiut took place in Casablanca, Morocco on April 11-17.
