Prime Minister Manmohan Singh closes his visit to Kazakhstan

India’s Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has closed his visit to Kazakhstan, Tengrinews.kz reports. The Indian delegation headed by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh stayed in Kazakhstan April 15-16, 2011. Today, April 16, the Indian PM met Kazakhstan’s President Nursultan Nazarbayev. The talks resulted in signing of three documents: agreement to transfer 25% in Satpayev oil block to India, agreement on cooperation in peaceful use of atomic energy and agreement on developing a joint actions plan for bilateral cooperation. In the afternoon Mr. Manmohan Singh met Prime Minister Karim Massimov. Following the talks, the sides signed another three agreements on cooperation: between Agriculture ministries, Healthcare ministries, and computer incident response services. Today, April 16, India’s Prime Minister is closing his visit to Kazakhstan.
