India’s Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has closed his visit to Kazakhstan, Tengrinews.kz reports. The Indian delegation headed by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh stayed in Kazakhstan April 15-16, 2011. Today, April 16, the Indian PM met Kazakhstan’s President Nursultan Nazarbayev. The talks resulted in signing of three documents: agreement to transfer 25% in Satpayev oil block to India, agreement on cooperation in peaceful use of atomic energy and agreement on developing a joint actions plan for bilateral cooperation. In the afternoon Mr. Manmohan Singh met Prime Minister Karim Massimov. Following the talks, the sides signed another three agreements on cooperation: between Agriculture ministries, Healthcare ministries, and computer incident response services.
