A man with two self-made bombs was apprehended in Atyrau, press-service of Atyrau oblast Interior Department told Tengrinews.kz. On April 14 a man shot an old woman from Osa traumatic gun. On April 17 the suspect was apprehended by National Security Commission’s officers. He turned out to be the resident of Atyrau, born in 1981. Two self-made explosives and a traumatic gun with three cartridges were discovered in the man’s car. According to the Interior Department’s press-service, the man is a follower of a radical religious trend. He is kept in temporary detention isolator; the investigation is in process.
