Jan-Feb Kazakhstan’s crude oil exports 9.3% up

Kazakhstan’s crude oil exports in Jan – Feb 2011 grew by 9.3% as compared to the like period of 2010, Novosti Kazakhstan reports, citing the State Agency for Statistics. “Oil is supplied to Italy (26.1% of the exports), the Netherlands (12.9%), China (12.3%), and Austria (7.5%), the Agency reports. In the Q1 2011 Kazakhstan produced a total of 17 163 100 tons of crude oil and 3 272 400 tons of condensed gas, 3.5% and 4.3% up against the like period of 2010 respectively, the State Agency for Statistics reported earlier.
