Jan-Feb foreign trade turnover 32.4% up

Kazakhstan’s foreign trade turnover in Jan-Feb 2011 grew by 32.4% against the like period of 2010, Bnews.kz reports, citing the State Agency for Statistics. “Foreign trade turnover in Jan-Feb 2011 made up $ 15.4 billion, 32.4% up against the like period of 2010”, the Agency’s statement reads. Kazakhstan’s exports for the period grew by 36%, reaching $ 11.6 billion, with imports making up $ 3.8 billion (22.4% up).
