Kazakhstan International Tourism Fair to be held in Almaty April 20-22

Representatives of 40 nations are to attend the Kazakhstan International Tourism Fair (KITF) to be held in Almaty April 20-22. KITF is the leading event for the travel and tourism industry in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. It is recommended by the UNWTO and is officially supported by the Ministry of Tourism & Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan. About 500 companies representing 40 nations are expected to attend the event this year. The new destinations presented at the exhibition this year include Peru, USA and Japan. Nineteen countries will participate with national stands: Georgia, Greece, India, Indonesia, Spain, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Slovakia, Slovenia, Thailand, Turkey, Croatia, Czech Republic, Sri Lanka, South Africa, and South Korea. The tourism ministries of Croatia and Sri Lanka will participate with a national stand for the first time. Over the three days, KITF will present great international resorts, luxury hotels, comfortable flights, informative seminars, special holiday offers, new tourism industry products, and much more.
