Kazakhstan Football Club Astana is ready to buy Russian football player Valery Korobkin for $100 000, Tengrinews.kz reports, citing Championat.com.
The 27-y.o. defender represents Krasnoyarsk's Yenissey Club that plays in the first division of Russian Championship. Korobkin's team contract expires in three months.
Korobkin has become one of the most popular Krasnoyarsk Yenissey players after he scored the decisive goal into Sochi Zhemchuzhina gates from 30 meters. Local TV channel has even made a short film about Golovkin and it is available here.
Earlier Tengrinews.kz reported that Astana Club leased Central African player Foxi Kethevoama who was caped for Hungarian Kecskemet. The capital's Club has become one of the most active participants of the transfer market in the current inter-season. Astana has purchased several new football players. Russian Oleg Protassov is the new head coach of the team.
