The entrance to the final of the Kazakhstan Football Super Cup will be free, Tengrinews.kz reports, referring to Kazakhstan Football Federation press-office. The match between the current country’s champion Shakhter from Karaganda and the winner of Kazakhstan Cup Ordabassy from Shymkent will be held in Astana-Arena stadium on March 6. It will start at 7 p.m. at Astana time. The Super Cup match traditionally opens a new Kazakhstan football season. Shakhter won last year’s gold of the national championship by leaving behind Taldykorgan's Zhetissu team at final straight. Ordabassy gained Kazakhstan Cup for the first time in its history by winning over Kostanay Tobol, the country’s ex-champion in the final match. Defender Mukhtar Mukhtarov scored the single goal in the final then.
