International Tennis Federation (ITF) has confirmed the changes in the schedule of the World Group Davis Cup quarter-final between Kazakhstan and Argentina, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Kazakhstan Tennis Federation. The games will be held from 7 to 9 July 2011. The teams will meet in Buenos Aires: two singles on July 7, one double on July 8 and two singles on July 9. All games will be hosted by Parque Roca stadium. All quarter-final games were planned to be held on July 8-10, but had to be re-scheduled because of government and mayor elections in Buenos Aires. Marat Baimukhametov, director of Almaty branch of the Tennis Federation, has shared his forecasts for the coming quarter-final. “Argentinean captain said that he is optimistic about the coming game and considers his team a favorite. I would like to say that we still have chances to win. Our players are in a good mood,” said Baimukhametov. Davis Cup giants USA, France, Germany, Spain, Sweden and Serbia are Kazakhstan's company in the quarter-final.
