Khalifa bin Zayed al-Nahayan, the President of the United Arabian Emirates congratulated Nursultan Nazarbayev on his brilliant victory in the presidential elections. “Your excellency let me congratulate you on your re-election to the office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Owing to your wise and farseeing policy Your country has established and strengthened partnership relations with leading countries of the world and achieved outstanding progress in all areas," the telegram reads, according to the presidential press-service. Later the same day Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE, Ruler of Dubai, head of the UAE Council of Ministers Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum and UAE Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan congratulated President Nazarbayev on his victory in the elections, according to Akorda website.
