Kazakhstan will have 56 polling stations abroad on January 15

56 polling stations will open outside Kazakhstan on January 15, Tengrinews.kz reports citing official representative of Kazakhstan Foreign Ministry Altai Abibullayev who told about organization of the elections outside Kazakhstan. “Kazakhstan Foreign Ministry initiated opening of 21 polling stations in addition to 35 existing stations in Kazakhstan’s diplomatic representative offices and consular organizations abroad. Thus, the total number of polling stations abroad is currently 56. The polling stations will be available in all Kazakhstan embassies, 5 general consulates and 3 consular organizations,” Altai Abibullayev said. The polling stations in Russia will be located in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg. “All Kazakhstan’s polling stations outside our country are supplied with the required informational documentation and are fully prepared for the Majilis elections,” Altai Abibullayev added.
