Kazakhstan national futsal team became 27th in the world rating, Tengrinews.kz reports, referring to Sport.kz. The Brazil team is the leader of the rating. Spain, Italy, Iran and Russia follow it. Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Belarus are also ranked higher than Kazakhstan in the CIS rating. Kazakhstan's national team is ahead of Poland and became 17th according to 2011 European Futsal Rating. Futsal is a variant of association football that is played on a smaller pitch and mainly indoors.
