Kreuziger will lead Astana team at Giro D'Italia

Roman Kreuziger will lead Kazakhstan Astana cycling team at Italian Grand Tour-2012 race, Tengrinews.kz reports, citing Velosportnews.ru. “I am happy that I will return to Giro, because it is the race that has always captivated me. I am sure that I will manage to get an excellent result in it,” the cyclist wrote in Twitter. The 25-year-old Czech sportsman topped the young cyclists in the last year's Giro d'Italia race and came sixth in the overall ranking. Kreuziger plans to ride in Poland Tour, Wallonia Tour, San Sebastian race and the Olympics race after Italian Grand Tour-2012. He is also ready to start training for Vuelta race.
