The total weight of the dish will be measured by summing up the weights of all of its parts. First the boiled dough will be cut into pieces and evenly spread in the bowl. Then the cooks will chop and place the boiled horse meat over the dough. Bunch onion and green vegetables will be chopped and spread over the dough and meat. Then the cooks will pour hot broth on the dish with the help of long-handled bailers. This way national cooking traditions of serving the dish will be fully observed,” the Fund’s press-release reads. More than one thousand people will be able to try the dish on December 16 at 4 p.m. at Khan Shatyr shopping mall.
