Kazakhstan’s President Nursultan Nazarbayev may sign a decree to dissolve the Majilis (lower chamber) and call an early parliament elections November 15, Ermukhamet Ertysbayev, Advisor to President Nazarbayev, told in an interview for Novosti Kazakhstan . “I believe he will sign it today. I hope for that. I have already voiced my opinion that President Nazarbayev should support the initiative [to dissolve the Chamber]”, Mr. Ertysbayev told in the interview. Earlier Tengrinews.kz reported, citing Mr. Ertysbayev that early Majilis (lower chamber) elections are likely to take place January 15.
