Nazarbayev to discuss Eurasian integration in Moscow

On November 18 Presidents of Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus will discuss Eurasian integration in Moscow, Tengrinews.kz reports citing official representative of Kazakhstan Ministry of Foreign Affairs Altai Abibullayev as saying at the weekly briefing in the Ministry. "On November 18 Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev will make an official visit to Moscow to take part in the talks of heads of the Customs Union countries. Leaders of the three countries will discuss current issues of integration in the Eurasian space in the view of several treaties of the Common Economic Space coming into effect on January 1, 2012,” Abibullayev said. The meeting will cover activities of the Customs Union. Special attention is planned to be given to joint work intended to promote advancement to the next stage of the integration, the Eurasian Economic Union, as well as to improve supranational management of integration processes. “The trilateral meeting will also include signing the Declaration of Eurasian Economic Integration, the Treaty on Eurasian the Economic Commission and Rules and Procedures for the Eurasian Economic Commission,” Abibullayev said.
