Storm warning for South Kazakhstan

Storm warning has been issued for South Kazakhstan. Heavy rains and possible floods are forecasted, KazHydroMet weather service reports. Heavy rain is expected in Almaty oblast on April 3. Rain with snow and strong winds are forecasted for April 4 and 5. The temperature will drop to -2 degrees Centigrade and in some areas to -6 at night of April 4. April 5 and 6 temperatures will remain between 0 and -10 degrees Centigrade. Zhambyl oblast is expecting rain on April 3 and rain with snow on April 4 and 5. The temperature will drop to -10 degrees Centigrade at night of April 4. South Kazakhstan oblast is also likely to face rain and snow on April 3 and 4. On April 3 at night the temperature will go down to -2 degrees. On April 4 and 5 it is expected to stay within the range of 2 to 5 degrees.
