KazkhTelecom will double Internet access speed up to 10Mbit/sec starting from April 1 (this is no April fools day joke). The speed increase will be available only for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. No changes in monthly fees will be applied. “The increase won't cover the broadband access that is part of the iD Phone service and tariff plans based on wireless technologies,” the Internet provider said. The company’s main shareholders are Samruk-Kazyna National Welfare Fund (51 percent), Bodam B.V. (16.87 percent) and Deran Services Limited (9.61 percent).
