Rosatom's Director General Sergey Kirienko told journalists on his company’s’ plans of cooperation with Kazakhstan. “We have large-scaled commercial plans. KazAtomProm is to buy a stake in an enrichment facility based in Novouralsk. We came up with a joint action plan. According to the schedule, this project is to be completed by the end of the year. And as a result large-scaled uranium enrichment facility will be launched in the Russian territory”, Mr. Kirienko said. “We are buying 5000 SWU in the JV.
