Starting from 2013 Kazakhstanis will be able to apply on-line for state registration as individual entrepreneurs, Vice Minister of Finance Ruslan Dalenov wrote in his Twitter. According to him, the procedure will only take 15 minutes, whereas today would-be entrepreneurs have to submit 6 paper application forms and wait for 3 days for the papers to be processed. The Vice Minister informed that a total of 150 000 individual entrepreneurs were registered in 2010.
