CIS leaders signed air defense agreement

At the end of the meeting in Dushanbe leaders of CIS (Commonwealth of Independent Countries) countries signed an agreement on actions of air defense forces of CIS countries in case of an aircraft hijacking, RIA Novosti reports. Besides, the agreement was signed on perpetuation of the memory of courage and heroism of CIS people during the World War II. Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev arrived in Dushanbe to participate in the anniversary summit of CIS countries. He spoke about the necessity of joint countering of modern challenges and threats.
