BTA bank is planning to reshuffle its top management in a strive to improve performance, KazTAG reports referring to Bloomberg. Its current CEO Anvar Saidenov will replace Arman Dunayev as the Chairman of the Board, two sources familiar with the decision told a href="http://www.bloomberg.com" target="_blank">Bloomberg. Marat Zairov, currently head of Nurbank, will become the new BTA CEO. BTA bank’s press-service declined to comment. BTA is Kazakhstan’s number 3 bank by assets that made $13.45 billion on July 1, 2001, according to the Financial Supervision Committee of the National Bank. National welfare fund Samruk Kazyna is the bank major shareholder owning 81.48% of its stock.
