An 8-year-old child in Semei revenged his parents for banning computer games. He smudged the apartment with jam, Express-K reports. Coming back from work, the gamer’s parents saw that the whole apartment is covered with jam and pickled vegetables. The boy hiding in the wardrobe said that he had nothing to do with what happened but refused to leave his shelter. The gamer’s mother said that he opened 11 1-liter pots with jam, five 3-liter pots with tomatoes and pickles, three with stewed compote and seven with salads. The kid had shown aptness to making huge messes and breaking things after being banned from the computer before. Trying to limit the time he spends at the computer the boy’s parents have almost gone bankrupt. On one of the computer ban occasions they had to refurbish their downstairs neighbor’s apartment, because the boy turned on the tap and flooded it with hot water. On other occasions the kid tried to show his protests by ripping his textbooks and exercise books to shreds, threatening to throw the cat out of their 7th floor window and flushing the aquarium fish down the toilet. The parents are planning to consult a psychiatrist to make sure their son’s tricks do not cause even more serious consequences.
