A model from Kazakhstan and Miss Kazakhstan 2009 Acelina Kuchukova has become a new face of Jolie Jewelry, Tengrinews reports.
Acelina Kuchukova was born in 1983 in Karaganda city in central Kazakhstan. In 2006, she graduated from Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics, and Strategic Research in Almaty and continue her studies to get a Master's degree there.
While she was studying, she participated in a number of contests. In 2003, she was invited to take part in Fashion-TV Model Awards 2003 and was very surprised to learn that she made it to the finals. Not only did she advance to the finals, but was selected among the five best models of the contest.
Acelina reached the peak of her career when she won the Miss Kazakhstan crown back in 2009 and consequently traveled the world to represent her home country at Miss Universe 2010 and Miss World 2010.
In 2014, the Karaganda native won Miss Multiverse TV reality show and received a scholarship for a one year program in acting at New York Film Academy in Los Angeles, California.
This was when she got an offer to become a new face of Jolie Jewelry in Kazakhstan for 10 years, Acelina told Tengrinews in an interview.
Jolie Jewelry is a well-known jewelry company founded in 2013 by Alexandra Alekhina and based in Moscow, Russia. The company eventually expanded its business throughout Russia and abroad in Japan, the United Kingdom, Austria and the United States.
Photos were taken by a talented fashion photographer from Kiev Sasha Samsonova in Los Angeles. They have already appeared on the company's store windows and website.
In the meantime, Acelina continues working in fashion and film industry. “I am working on various projects now. I appeared in commercials of Hyundai Elantra, Budweiser, Heineken and a number of music videos," she said.
Indeed, one may see the Kazakh model in music videos of Usher's Matrimony, Don Broco's Automatic, Taylor Swift's Wildest Dreams and Arash's Tekoon Bede.
