The Kazakh-British trio made up of Kazakhstan's twin musicians Botagoz Tynybekova and Bulat Tynybekov and a famous British pianist and professor of Queen's University Belfast Sofia Rahman will perform the world masterpieces of romanticism era.

The program features Beethoven's Sonata for Violin and Piano No.2 in A-dur, op. 12, Brahms's sonata for cello and piano No.1 in e-moll, op. 38, Schubert's Impromptus No. 4 in As-dur, op. 90 and Mendelssohn's Piano Trio No.1 in d-moll, op. 49.

Winning multiple international competitions in their childhood, both Botagoz and Bulat became recipients of Kazakh education scholarship Bolashak, which allows talented students from Kazakhstan to get education abroad. The twins graduated from the Royal College of Music in London, whereupon Bolat stayed in London to continue his Master's degree studies at the Higher School of Music and Drama Guildhall, while Botagoz got enrolled in Zurich University of the Arts.

They have been working with Sofia Rahman since 2007. The trio has already performed in Cambridge University, the National Gallery of London, the Royal Asiatic Society of Great Britain as well as in Zurich, Almaty and Astana.

Besides, the musicians will also come to Astana on October 9 to dazzle the audience at Astana Opera.
