KazMunaiGas National O&G Company and CNPC have signed an agreement to cooperate in R&D and innovations, Tengrinews.kz reported, citing the Press Service of KazMunaiGas.
The agreement was signed between KazMunaiGas Chairman of the Board Kairgeldy Kabyldin and CNPC Vice President Wang Dongjin. The document seeks to facilitate open and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two companies in innovations, R&D and personnel development.
“The O&G market of Kazakhstan has taken the path of innovations (…) KazMunaiGas is already implementing some projects in oil processing and petrochemistry. The agreement signed today is an important contribution to the Company’s portfolio of innovations which is have a positive effect on the national economy”, Kabyldin of KazMunaiGas said.
Wang Dongjin assured that “CNPC is ready to share its experience, exploration and production technology, O&G equipment production technology”.
