First French team won football tournament of European Kazakhs

The Football Tournament of European Kazakhs has completed in Sweden. As per KazTAG, First French team won the tournament beating the team of Turkey Kazakhs 1:0.
“Football players from Germany (Cologne) and Sweden played for the third place. No success was achieved in the main or additional time of the match (0:0). Germany won 5:3 in penalty series,” KazTag reports.
Eight teams took place in the tournament of European Kazakhs: Great Britain, Denmark, Turkey, Sweden. France and Germany was represented by two teams each.
“The tournament that we unofficially call European Kazakhs Football Championship, was as successful as usual. Of course, Kazakhstan traditionally likes horse-riding, wrestling and other types of combat sports, but they also like football no less than Europeans,” said one of the managers of Kazakh expatriate community Abdykaiym Kessedzhi.
According to Kessedzhi, the tournament of European Kazakhs is of great interest to the local population of the cities where it is held.
