The Chinese national team won over the South Korean team in the final match of the group stage with the score of 3:0. The result gave Kazakhstan the second place in the group after China.
The Kazakhstan team won over their rivals from India in their final match with the score of 3:0. The Chinese team was the only team that Kazakhstan lost to.
The World Championship will be hosted by Italy for the first time ever from September 23 to October 12, 2014.
