Almaty might experience earthquakes between March 18 and March 20, Chief of Biophysics Department Viktor Inyushin of told Tengrinews.kz. The Al-Farabi Kazakh National University professor linked this possibility with the activity of the south-eastern part of the Asian platform that is currently demonstrating high seismological activity.
