Prime-Minister of Spain Mariano Rajoy will visit Kazakhstan in autumn 2013, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the official representative of Kazakhstan President’s Central Communications Service Altai Abibullayev. “The first official visit of Kazakhstan Foreign Minister Yerlan Idrissov to Spain started today. Spain is an important strategic partner of Kazakhstan. At the meeting of our Minister with King Juan Carlos I, speakers of both chambers of the Parliament, Foreign Minister and heads of the leading Spanish companies they will discuss promising directions of Kazakhstan-Spanish cooperation ahead of the official visit of Spanish Prime-Minister Mariano Rajoy scheduled for autumn,” Abibullayev said yesterday. Besides, he noted that Kazakhstan Foreign Minister was expected to visit Portugal on May 14-16. “The Minister will meet with the country’s leaders to discuss priorities of mutual cooperation and prospects of further development of partnership relations. Heads of foreign ministries and business circles of Kazakhstan and Portugal will take part in Kazakhstan-Portugal business seminar,” Abibullayev said. By Baubek Konyrov
