Foreign Investors Council sitting scheduled for May 18, 2011

The next sitting of the Foreign Investors’ Council (FIC) chaired by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan is scheduled for May 18, 2011, a Tengrinews journalist reports. Today, March 11, Vice Minister of Industry and New Technology Asset Issekeshev spoke at a conference on modernization of the country's industry. “Foreign investors and heads of industrial enterprises are welcome to put forward their suggestions so that at the forthcoming FIC sitting we could focus on solutions to raise labour efficiency”, A. Issekeshev said. The Foreign Investors’ Council (FIC) is an advisory body established in 1998 to promote direct dialogue between the Government of Kazakhstan and foreign investors.
