CCO Jim Cochrane resigns from ENRC ENRC Chief Commercial Officer Jim Cochrane

Chief Commercial Officer of Eurasia Natural Resources Corporation PLC (ENRC) Jim Cochrane has resigned, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the company’s press-service. According to the press-service, Cochrane resigned “to pursue other interests”. Besides, he also resigned from the Board and Executive Committee of the Group. His duties of the Chief Commercial Officer will be handed over in the nearest time. “Jim has been a core member of our management team for over a decade. We respect his decision to move on and thank him for his considerable contribution to the commercial strength and governance of our Group during his tenure,” ENRC’s CEO Felix Vulis said.
