U.S. experts have joined the investigation of the crash of CRJ-200 plan owned by SCAT airline near Almaty, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Kazakhstan Minister of Transport and Communications Askar Zhumagaliyev. The Minister said that the investigation of the incident was held by Kazakhstan experts and experts of international and interstate organizations. “As soon as the investigation is over, we will provide information to the public and the government, because we understand how sensitive this issue is,” Zhumagaliyev said. Black boxes of CRJ-200 airplane have already been decoded and analyzed and revealed no instrument failures. On January 29 the Bombardier airplane owned by Scat airline in Kazakhstan crashed 7km from Almaty airport during its second attempt to land. According to the prosecutors, the plane was performing a Kokshetau-Almaty flight. The accident claimed lives of 5 crew members and 16 passengers including a 2-year-old boy.
