Kazakhstan President will address the people of Kazakhstan, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Nursultan Nazarbayev as saying at the state awards presentation ceremony in Akorda. President Nazarbayev says that many of the goals of the 2030 Program have been achieved already, that’s why tomorrow, December 14, he will suggest the 2050 Program. According to Nursultan Nazarbayev that the official meeting will be held in the new theater of opera and ballet on Astana’s left bank.
