Kazakhstan's Nazarbayev has appointed deputy head of the Department of Presidential Affairs, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the President’s website. “President has appointed Yerlan Battakov deputy head of the Department of Presidential Affairs,” the message states. Marat Orazayev was released from the position of deputy head of the Department of Presidential Affairs because of a transfer to another job. Earlier Kazakhstan President appointed Abay Bissembayev head of the Department of Presidential Affairs.
