Kazakhstan army is learning to fight militants, Tengrinews.kz reports citing Kazakhstan Defense Ministry’s press-service. Kazakhstan Defense Minister Adilbek Dzhaksybekov watched the training. “The troopers demonstrated accuracy and teamwork during the special operation on blocking and elimination of illegal armed groups at Shoshkala training center,” the message states. Besides, the Minister watched interaction of different regiments of the armed forces during conduction of a forced crossing of a water barrier at Bereg training site, where air cavalry and engineer troops of ground forces were training in line with the combat training plan. Blue Berets of Taldykorgan brigade and engineer-pontoon battalion forced the water barrier while aviation and artillery were covering them at Bereg training site. “The training gives us a good opportunity to improve professional qualities and combat skills. That’s why our main task is to train morally stable, physically fit and skilled professions capable of performing any military task. I suppose that these trainings will boost the combat skills,” the press-service cites Adilbek Dzhaksybekov. By Maksim Popov
