Journalists reminded Minister Alnazarova that after being discharged, Erbayan did not receive the necessary assistance, including personal hygiene items, and his parents had to care for him themselves. It was previously reported that Kazakh citizens donated 140 million tenge for the treatment of the injured conscript.

Earlier, the National Guard's press service announced that an investigation had been launched into the injury sustained by soldier Yerbayan Mukhtar.

To remind, Yerbayan Mukhtar was admitted to the hospital in December 2023. He underwent five surgeries, but without success. At the National Guard unit where the young man served, his parents were told that he had fallen in the restroom and hit his head on the tiles.

Note that on September 2, while delivering his Address to the Nation of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev spoke about maintaining order in the Kazakh army.
