Tengrinews.kz – The US dollar exchange rate as of the 4 February trading session in Kazakhstan has been announced.
Based on the results of the daytime session on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), the weighted average dollar rate amounted to 498.65 tenge, having decreased by 4.4 tenge. Thus, the rate once again fell below the “psychological threshold” of 500 tenge per dollar, which is considered an important level for the market. Earlier, on 4 December 2025, the dollar stood at 499.65 tenge at the close of trading.
It should be noted that the official exchange rate of the National Bank for 4 February is 503.44 tenge per dollar.
According to kurs.kz, at the moment the average dollar rate at exchange offices in Astana and Almaty is as follows:

- buying – 498.66 tenge;
- selling – 501.31 tenge.
Average dollar rate at exchange offices in Astana
- buying – on average 497.04 tenge;
- selling – 504.04 tenge.
