Kazakhstan mulls joining 7 Hague Conventions by year end

Kazakhstan plans to join 7 Hague Conventions by the end of the year, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the press-service of Kazakhstan Justice Ministry. Along with the functioning of the national legal system, the Justice Ministry is also responsible for the legal coverage of the country’s foreign activities. “In this relation, the Justice Minister instructed his Ministry to work jointly with the Foreign Ministry on coding Kazakhstan’s international treaty framework by September 1, 2013 and finish the works on joining seven Hague Conventions with file suggestions on their ratification to thew Majilis (Lower Chamber of the Parliament) by the end of 2013,” the press-service writes.
