FBI wanted Boston bombing suspect 'to be informant'

The defense for accused Boston marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev say the FBI approached his brother and fellow suspect Tamerlan about becoming an informant on the Chechen and Muslim community, AFP reports.
