Tengrinews.kz – At the invitation of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Chinese President Xi Jinping will pay an official visit to Kazakhstan, according to Akorda.

Tengrinews.kz – At the invitation of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Chinese President Xi Jinping will pay an official visit to Kazakhstan, according to Akorda.

"On June 16–17, at the invitation of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the Chairman of the People's Republic of China, Xi Jinping, will visit the Republic of Kazakhstan," the statement reads.

During the visit, a high-level bilateral meeting is planned, where issues of further deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and China will be discussed.

It is also noted that on June 17, the second “Central Asia – China” summit will be held in Astana with the participation of regional heads of state.
