Kazakhstan will be represented by its ambassador to the United States, Yerzhan Ashikbayev, at the ceremony, which will take place on January 20 in Washington.

Yerzhan Ashikbayev has served as Kazakhstan’s extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador to the U.S. since April 5, 2021. From 2013 to 2021, he held the position of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
